The new inventory Lincoln Navigator is a stunning SUV that has plenty of space and capability. Its high-end features make it so luxurious, and it could be a pleasure to drive around Nebraska. At Woodhouse Lincoln, we carry two versions of the Lincoln Navigator. It's available with a standard frame, and it's also available with a longer frame.
The models with the longer frame are referred to as the Lincoln Navigator L. Which is better - the traditional Lincoln Navigator or the Lincoln Navigator L?
The answer depends on your needs. Both models are quite expansive, and they have three comfortable rows of seats that can accommodate up to eight people when driving around. The Lincoln Navigator has an overall length of 210 inches, whereas the Lincoln Navigator L stretches 221.9 inches from end to end.
The greater size of the extended-length Lincoln Navigator L results in much more cargo area. It offers 34.3 cubic feet of cargo space behind its third row of seats. When its third row is folded down, it can provide up to 79.6 cubic feet of cargo space. When the second row has also been lowered, the maximum cargo volume measures 120.2 cubic feet. You can do so much with this room when you're traveling.
In comparison, the maximum cargo capacity of the regular Lincoln Navigator is 103.3 cubic feet. This is still a very generous amount to take advantage of on roads, but it hits a different mark than the Lincoln Navigator L has set. Behind the third row of the standard Lincoln Navigator, you'll find 19.3 cubic feet of cargo space.
